This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Wonderful beaches, such as the natural beach Es Trenc, are within easy reach.

From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.

The house is within walking to a wide range of supermarkets and the picturesque town of Santanyí, where you can find a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as bakeries and a lovely traditional market. The beaches, on a short driving distance, are also a bonus, especially the natural park of s'Amarador.
