Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly a large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical notes: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for one without stairs. - there was a coffee machine for ground coffee in our house - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind a closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

The Crystal Bay is a beautiful, clean place. Florian is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The views are incredible and can be viewed from every room in the villa. The heated pool is lovely and a good size. There are plenty of places to relax inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. Cala pi beach is easily accessible from the villa, it’s a short walk (down steps), there is also a couple of shops nearby with a bakery and a few really lovely restaurants. We will hopefully return in the future!

It's even larger than it appears in the photos, with a tasteful, modern interior that perfectly blends traditional stone elements of a finca with the comfort and style of a contemporary home. The rooftop balcony offers stunning sunset views over the rooftops, and the private yard with pool is a real highlight—perfect for relaxing, hidden from the neigbours‘ view. Within walking distance, you'll find a few friendly local bars and small supermarkets, adding to the authentic, relaxed vibe of the area. All in all, our expectations were more than exceeded. We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We had a magical week in Mallorca with our Group of Friends. The Finca was amazing for this vacation. We loooved the outdoor-kitchen next to the pool. The most outstanding service was the quick responsiveness with the hosts. Communication was always friendly and helpful, trying to meet our wishes (spare towels, outdoor- lighting) The neighbours were really friendly as well. I would be delighted to book this place again in the future if the price will stay as reasonable as it is now. Thank you!

Finca Son Carrio, 5 bedroom villa with fenced pool

We were lucky enough to spend two whole months in the beautiful finca. It is a very spacious and at the same time cozy house. The garden is large and very well maintained. We did not use the pool and outdoor dining as we were there in winter. All the more so the open fireplace and we were very pleased with the well-functioning heating. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. The rooms are nice and spacious, all with en-suite bathroom. Communication beforehand went smoothly. Great praise also to Jeff and Julia, who were responsible on site and were always immediately available and took care of everything. The nearest towns (Son Carrio and Sant Llorenc are each only 5-7 minutes away and have bakeries, a small supermarket and several restaurants. Beautiful cities such as Arta or the coast can also be reached in 15 minutes. Clear recommendation.
