The property is located near a hilltop over one of the most beautiful and longest white sandy beaches (Son Bou). It offers two large porches and a pool terrace. It has has been fully refurbished to a high standard in spring 2023. It has been decorated to give it a unique beach taste. All rooms have AC and free Wi-Fi

Aunque la distancia a la playa es aprox 1 kilómetro y hay escaleras de acceso que bajan directamente hasta el centro comercial, las villas quedan ubicadas en lo alto de una colina y se recomienda disponer de vehículo ya que la pendiente es bastante pronunciada.
