En el caso de 3 o 4 adultos (mayores de 15 años) se estudiará la solicitud con un incremento de 15€ para el 3 adulto y 15€ para el 4. La preciosa vista sobre El Prat zona natural protegida, con el mar al fondo. Nos gusta: Sus puestas de Sol. Disfrutar de la terraza. La Piscina de la Cafeteria. Llegar andando a la preciosa playa de arena fina de Son Bou. Ir por Cami de Cavalls hacia la solitaria y virgen playa de Atalis.

The apartment costs a nice balcony with amazing ocean views, a kitchen dining room, a full bathroom, double bedroom, all with lots of light and a view of the forest and the sea. Cozy villa overlooking the sea, near the great beach of Son Bou, in a quiet street at the end of the urbanization of Torre Soli Nou, 18 minutes walk to the beach and 4 from the Cami de Cavalls that leads to Santo. It has an outdoor terrace and a beautiful swimming pool (5.5x3.5meters), not heated, surrounded by a very well kept flower garden. There is a small kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and Italian espresso pot. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available. Bathroom with bath and washing machine and 2 balconies with terraces furniture. Only 5 min to the nearest supermarket, shops, and bus stop.
