Tere was super friendly, she waited for us on arrival to show us the house even though we arrived later than expected, she gave us many recommendations to visit and was attentive to us throughout the trip. The house is wonderful, the rooms are large and comfortable and the house has all the amenities even for our young children and the location is unbeatable. Definitely a 10 for everything. I have enjoyed staying here for 3 weeks. The apartment is in a quiet street, and partly because of that I slept wonderfully. It is on one side about 10' walk to the beach via the pedestrian tunnel “Tren de Pombo” which starts behind the house. On the other side, you walk down, where you have a nice row of restaurants (calle Tetuán) 5' away and walk into the old town in 10'. Also, don't forget to walk up the street and cross, there is a good bakery/delicatessen (Gallofa) and a cafe hidden. Eva's apartment looks recently renovated and is a nice mix of authentic details and modern comfort. For people without mobility problems, the stairs should not be a problem and the slope of the road to it should not be a problem either, do not let that stop you. There may be affordable taxis and shared bicycles nearby (electric). Communication was always smooth, personal and enjoyable. I would like to come back and highly recommend the apartment.

The duplex is great for a weekend or even several more days, as it is super well equipped and has all the amenities. To put some "but", we lacked a store or curtain in the bedroom. Olga was very kind and took care to resolve any questions that arose efficiently. We will repeat without a doubt.

The arrival and reception was very pleasant and welcoming, the guests were a charm, we felt right at home, the views are unbeatable, and the house super cozy.

We spent a weekend with friends at Carmen's house. We were comfortable. The house is wonderful in terms of space, comfort, services and a short walk from downtown. Communication with Carmen was great from the first moment, making it easy for us to check in and out. I highly recommend this accommodation. And it's amazing for children too! They have a trampoline, a game room... everything is taken care of in detail!

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a little far away, but by car you can get there easily, and you can also visit the villages a little, with great restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an amazing area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an amazing house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. An ideal house for a quiet weekend to enjoy the nature and landscapes of Cantabria. The host was very attentive , friendly and the things we had were sorted out at the moment so I have nothing but good words for them, highly recommended , we were able to enjoy the stay a lot!

Very nice quiet apartment. Close to amenities and buses to reach the city center. Carmen is a very available host who gave us plenty of recommendations to make our stay perfect.

A place with incredible peace and very nicely located. If you are looking to spend a few quiet days, it is an ideal place. It is surrounded by nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar, very comfortable and quiet. And safe parking was provided.

We had such a fabulous stay at Cristina's apartment! Firstly, Cristina herself is just the sweetest person. As soon as we booked the apartment, she was incredibly communicative and helpful, not missing a detail! She also provided us with a ton of great recommendations for around the area. She is really a fantastic host. The apartment is also amazing, and exactly as it appears in the photos - gorgeous seaviews, everything you need and more, and absolutely spotless. We especially loved that you had the incredible views in every room! Additionally, the living room was large and comfortable, the bedroom beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature throughout, and a spacious well-equppied kitchen. We loved it all! When we return to Spain, we would love to stay here again. Thanks again Cristina :)

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and downtown, while still being in a quieter neighborhood.
