The place is located in the historical part of Brønnøysund and the house is over 100 years old. About 300 m to the shopping center and 50 m to the sea. The apartment is located in parts of the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has 120cm bed and bedroom 2 has 150cm bed. The apartment has a living room that there is also an opportunity to lie in and a big bathroom. Small kitchen is shared by hosts and guests. The host lives upstairs.

If you want to come by boat, the floating jetty on the property can be used. There is a ferry out to the island. (2 departures Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu-Sat) On Friday there are 3 departures and 1 on Sunday.
