Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. FANTASTIC HOST and SPOT! You will be sad you didn’t book if you don’t. Tim is hospitable knowledgeable and just as warm as his hand built cabins. The thoughtfulness in the space was very noticeable . Perfect stay. Best Airbnb experience… Can not express this enough!

Cozy, totally remodeled, quiet neighborhood......

This was one of the best places we've stayed at. We have two young children, ages four and six, and they really enjoyed it. The small bin of toys in the basement was a real hit! The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was also great. The town playground was just a block away, and we walked to the downtown strip a few times (an eight-minute walk). The location was easy to park at and get in and out of, and it was very quiet. As a runner, I enjoyed a few runs right from the front door, and my wife took a few evening walks. Paonia is a charming small town, and this house made our visit even better. We loved it, and it was a perfect getaway!

We had a great time at the brick house! It was very centrally located, was exactly as pictured, and had a well stocked kitchen. They also had some really nice touches like the guide book to give us suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to go to. If we make it back to Paonia, we’ll definitely stay here again!

We had a perfect stay at Mary’s and even stayed an extra day because we liked it so much. Cottage is roomy, very clean, well equipped. Our stay could not have been better!

A cozy loft area features two stylish sleeping spaces, each with textured bedding. Natural wood paneling lines the sloping ceiling, and a small window allows for natural light. A lamp and a nightstand are positioned beside one of the beds, enhancing the inviting ambiance.
