The house is perfect for both 1 and 2 families on a trip. About 5 minutes drive to both Dyreparken, Hamresanden and Sørlandssenteret. Kjevik airport and Kristiansand city center (10 min by car). The area is child-friendly and has two outdoor areas, with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Beach is close by (5 min walk). 2 parking spaces are attached to the property.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The property is located just north of Kristiansand city center. Very child-friendly and quiet area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large sofa with 75-inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be used freely. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.
