You live close to everything. 5 minutes to Dyreparken, 7 minutes to Kjevik Airport, 2 minutes to walk to the bus that runs every 20 minutes. 8 minutes to Kristiansand, 5 minutes to Sørlandssenteret, 15 minutes to the archipelago. Delightful newly renovated single-family home with consistently good standards is centrally located on Hånes. 9 min drive to the zoo, 8 min drive to Sørlandssenteret, 6 min drive to Hamresanden beach, 12 min drive to Kristiansand City City. Kitchen is equipped with most of the utensils (cutlery, plate, glasses, etc.) There are 2 double beds, a single bed and a baby bed. We also have mattresses that are laid on the floor as well.
