Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Cottage in genuine Dalaby. Close to a nice swimming lake with a sandy beach (3 km) and 20 km to the popular Romme Alpin. With sufficient snow, there are cross-country ski trails around the area. You will also find good shopping in Kupolen Borlänge just 18 km away. Firewood for the fireplace is on site. During spring, summer and autumn, the deep Solvarbo ravine is 100 meters from the house, which provides a nice nature experience. In Säter there is also a golf course in beautiful nature by Lake Ljustern.

In winter, Romme Alpin offers 31 slopes and 13 lifts for all levels. When the lake freezes, it’s perfect for skating, skiing, or long walks. For cross-country skiing, visit scenic trails of Gyllbergen.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Renting apartment. Newly built in 2019. 150 meters to Elljusspår, outdoor gym and start of Vildmarksleden. 1 km to Dössberets inn and fairytale path. About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg och Sjö. 1.5 km walk to the ski resort. 4 beds. Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in a sofa bed (best suited for children). Wood-fired sauna is available. Can be purchased for cleaning and renting bed linen/towels. Smoke and pet free.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.
