This unique home offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with views of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Welcome to our cozy guest house with the beach less than 400 m away, close to forest, train station and a city center offering several stores and restaurants. It has its own separate entrance, dedicated outdoor area, separate bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. It can fit up to six guests, with a queen sized bed, two single beds and a sleeping couch available. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is free parking at the street and we offer charging of your electric car at an extra cost.
