Cozy Refuge located seven kilometers south of San Pedro de Atacama. It has three bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a campfire area. Beautiful view of the Andes, silence and tranquility. The house is located in an area with low light pollution which ensures the best night skies! Lovely "adobe" house! Only 10 minutes out of town if you go by car. Amazing view of the Andes and the perfect sky for stargazing!

Excellent place, very spacious, comfortable and clean

Quirky but charming! There’s a lot to love about this place—especially the outdoor space and communal areas, which are great for relaxing and hanging out. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the hosts were responsive and kind. That said, there were a few quirks to be aware of. It’s farther from town than expected—about a 25-minute walk, which can be tough on hot days. There were no toiletries (like shampoo), no breakfast items like coffee, and no washer/dryer. One room had a tub only (no shower), and hot water only came from the tub, not the sink. In another room, the sink faucet was too close to the bowl to use easily, and the shower was extremely tight—we had to turn sideways to exit. Overall, it’s a unique stay with some quirks that kinda add to its charm. We’d stay here again.

A great stay, super close to Caracoles Street (main street). Room with fireplace and fridge and microwave, clean, large and organized.

One of the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I slept amazing with the comfort of the bed and the silence of the surroundings. Also highlight and the starry skies!!! There is not much light pollution so you can observe many stars and constellations easily. The hosts were very nice and available to all my doubts, I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Rustic 1-Bedroom House

Great location for a SPA stay. Close to the center within walking distance but on a cobblestone street which avoids dust-related inconveniences! The place is very peaceful we spent 6 nights and will be back without hesitation

Our stay at Atacama loft and glamping was extraordinary. Hosts are responsive and proactive in making sure you are comfortable. Service is superb.

We had a lovely stay in San Pedro. The host was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The cat and dog also warmly welcomed us! The view of the mountain whilst having a morning coffee in the outdoor kitchen is great. We didn’t actually stay in the property advertised as there was some confusion, although the hut we had was perfectly fine. There was some music playing nearby until about 11pm, but after then it was very peaceful.

A brightly lit bedroom features a bunk bed with light pink bedding and a spacious bed with green covers. Decorative pillows add color to each bed. A small wooden nightstand stands beside the larger bed, while a striped rug is placed on the wooden floor.

A wonderful place. The children were able to play in the dunes, the perfect location for stargazing and in the desert for a morning jog. The home is cozy and warm. We highly recommend it.

The space was very clean and Maria was very helpful and kind. The hut is wide and has everything for meal preparation, we had two children and it was very comfortable. We'll be back for sure.

We spent 5 nights here and couldn’t be more happy with our choice. It’s so peaceful and we much preferred it to the busy centre of San Pedro. It looks just like the photos! Sitting outside under the stars at night was a highlight. You definitely need to have a car, or at least hire bikes to get around though. WiFi was very spotty and cellphone signal comes and goes so just be prepared for that. We had no issues with water or power.

The traditional adobe house features a thatched roof supported by rustic wooden pillars, providing shade to the outdoor terrace. Surrounding low shrubs and open land create a serene environment, with gravel leading to the entrance of the home.

Gorgeous rustic cottage, very cosy inside, with outdoor sitting area and views of the volcano. Less than 10 mins drive from San Pedro. We stayed 3 nights, but 4 would have been better !

Pablo is a fantastic host. He is really supportive and helpful in getting you acquainted with the local area and knowing how best to make the most of your time in the area
