Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Genomgående naturmaterial i avskalad nordisk stil som suddar ut gränsen mellan ute och inne. Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Sovrum, vedeldad bastu vid hav

Min gäststuga består av ett sovrum och en vedeldad bastu. Härlig altan och utedusch. I stugan på 15 kvm finns toalett, handfat, kylskåp, micro, porslin, kaffepress och vattenkokare för enklare matlagning. På altanen finns en gasolgrill. Underbar utsikt över vattnet. Sol hela dagen och magiska solnedgångar. Passar till två personer, och uppskattar du bastu och bad så blir det här perfekt. Ligger på ön Tranholmen dit du tar dig via färja 80 från Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via gångbro från Stocksund.

Enjoy the best of two worlds - stay in your own lovely little house by the sea on Stockholm's closest archipelago island, Tranholmen, only 20 min away from the city center. Everyone loves our wonderful and charming guesthouse as well as the tranquil surroundings. You get to Tranholmen by ferry from Ropsten, that is only 5 min by metro from the city. The ferry takes 10 min and there are departures in both directions every 1-2 hours from early morning to late evening.
