We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge. I – Janine, a trained hotel manager – am particularly interested in bringing people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

Ideal and spacious living in the countryside

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

Das Apartment liegt im EG eines ehemaligen Hotels und wurde 2017/18 komplett renoviert. Bis in Wetzlar's Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km. Gaststätte/Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.

This charming vacation rental is in a quiet location, but with good connections for all kinds of activities and excursions. It is newly renovated and offers you comfort and comfort in a spacious bedroom with a large box spring bed plus a large XL sleeping chair. The large living room with couch, relaxation lounger and terraces also offers access to the countryside invites you to linger. The kitchen is equipped with everything - as well as the bathroom with shower.

The cozy 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor in a quiet location in the district of Burgsolms in the city of Solms. Due to its central location, the apartment is recommended as the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities and excursions around and in the Lahn Valley. Solms is unique as a starting point for canoeing, cycling, hiking, swimming and climbing. The Fortuna pit, the fairy-tale castle in Braunfels and the public observatory, among others, offer an extensive cultural variety. Enjoy good transport connections by bus and train about 800 m in the direction of Wetzlar - Gießen or Braunfels - Weilburg-Limburg. The apartment is equipped for 3 adults as well as for a toddler from 2 years in the parents' bedroom.

Thanks to the high-quality amenities and some extras such as infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna with outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In a few minutes you can reach our cultural cities such as Herborn, Dillenburg or Wetzlar. Our beautiful Lahn-Dill highlands invite you to hike, run or ride a two-wheeler. The nearby Aartalsee with its bird sanctuary is always worth seeing. Visit our Lahn-Dill-Bergland thermal spa with its popular sauna world.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

This top floor apartment is also ideal for longer stays. People who like to sit in the kitchen for a chat will find plenty of space at the large dining table. A balcony is also included and invites you to linger in summer.
