We loved our stay at this home. We appreciated the quick responses for our questions and helpful recommendations. The house was clean and everything was the same as advertised. We definitely recommend this home for anyone!

Everything was perfect for us. All the descriptions of the property, photos etc were accurate. Daniel and Jeremy were very helpful and always responded to queries. We did not speak French and they did not speak English but we managed to comunicate by phone/text and translator apps. So no issues. It was slighly difficult to get to by car but once you got used to it, it was not an issue. There are no shops or restaurants close by but that did not worry us as we were happy to make our own dinner each evening. The weather was perfect during our stay 20 deg at 09.00 and a max of around 30 deg. We would recommend this place to any couple, either as a base for site seeing or to chill out if you don't want to get out and about. We visited 3 different beaches during our stay and did touristy things during the day. Then made our own meal in the evening. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace and it was very peacful. We recommend this place. We stayed 26/5 to 2/6/2025. Ena + Alex

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in der Villa in Valette-du-Var! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, sehr hochwertig und bietet absolute Privatsphäre – ideal für Familien. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert vom tollen Pool, und auch wir haben die Ruhe und das luxuriöse Ambiente sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und eignet sich problemlos für zwei Familien – Platz ist reichlich vorhanden. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Man braucht ein Auto, und zum Strand sind es etwa 15 Minuten – dafür bekommt man aber Ruhe, Komfort und ein echtes Urlaubsgefühl. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cette villa. L’endroit est exactement comme décrit sur le site Airbnb, propre, spacieux et confortable. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe, surtout au coucher et levé du soleil. La piscine a débordement au top ! Toujours un brin d'ombre disponible également. Localisation pas trop éloignée des plages et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Les points forts : Villa spacieuse et fonctionnelle La climatisation La vue depuis la terrasse, piscine, végétation Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte qui est disponible et arrangeante. L’ensemble de notre expérience a été très réussie, et nous recommandons vivement cette hôte et cette villa à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour à La Farlède. Nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir.

Maison parfaite pour quelques jours en famille : calme, bien équipée et avec des espaces extérieurs agréables.

My family of 4 (myself, wife, two teenagers) absolutely loved staying in Anais' castle. The views were....stunning! It comes with a great pool that we really enjoyed when it got a bit hot (stayed during a June heatwave). The small hillside village has a few restaurants easily walkable to from the house. We loved the pizza place and the guy making pizzas was super awesome and friendly. The owner of the next door restaurant sold us soft drinks and wine even though he was technically closed. Really a friendly very small town atmosphere. We had a car, so lots to do in the surrounding villages. Anais was kind enough to provide a guide and we definitely took his suggestions. He was very responsive and provided excellent directions for finding this gem. maximin-la-sainte-baume is a small town about 5min away. There you can find groceries, coffee, shopping, etc. I fully recommend this place and Anais as a host!

The terrace alone makes this a magnificent home. The kitchen is functional and well-stocked. Bed is comfortable. Leave the windows open and enjoy. Back to the terrace: views are incredible; it’s private; it’s huge. Walk into town (and beach) is downhill and fairly short. Walk back is uphill. Really uphill. Consider a taxi. Have lunch at Petite Oyster and try the broiled razor clams along with oysters from Normandy. A car is a good idea for hiking and accessing beautiful and fairly secluded beaches. I will rent this apartment again. Cassis was a four night stop on our Provence road trip. We agreed that seven nights would not be a bad idea. The only negative was the outdoor grill didn’t reach high temperatures, but this may have been due to low levels of propane. Not anything I have experience with. We improvised inside and had a wonderful dinner on the terrace. We did have problems with Google directions, but owner was on phone directing us. Our best Airbnb experience ever .

Studio parfait pour un séjour en amoureux ! La résidence se situe dans un quartier très calme et magnifique avec un accès direct à la mer pour de jolis couchés de soleil ! Nous avons adoré les détails dans la décoration et dans les équipements ! Corinne et Jade ont pensé à tout pour nous permettre de pouvoir simplement profiter ! Allez-y les yeux fermés ! ☀️

Le logement est très bien situé dans une résidence sécurisée très arborée avec parking privé.. L’appartement est propre et bien équipé la terrasse est grande et l’environnement agréable avec de jolies plantes et un bananier rouge magnifique .. on peut aller à pieds au village de Giens ainsi que sur la route du sel qui longe la plage et les étangs.. nous avons passé un très bon séjour.. Thomas a été très réactif à chaque fois que nous lui avons posé des questions..

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, tout est bien pensé et optimisé dans l'appartement. Karine est très agréable et amicale. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Je recommande Alan et Hanny, Nous avons passé un excellent weekend, nous les remercions pour leur accueil, nous avons échangé des bons moments et nous ont mis très à l’aise, bienveillant et arrangeant durant notre weekend. Un beau studio baigné de verdure, à proximité du centre tout en étant paisible. Un intérieur aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, le sens du detail et très bien équipé. Un grand Merci à Nathalie pour son extrême gentillesse, ses bonnes adresses et les petites friandises à l’arrivée.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr wertig ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Küche hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben für uns neu den Plancha (ähnlich einer großen Grillplatte) entdeckt, auf dem man ein herrliches Barbeque zaubern kann. Den Pool haben wir leider nicht genutzt, er war aber auch sehr gepflegt. Sanary-sur-Mer ist nur ca 5 Autominuten entfernt und wir hatten das Glück dort ein Musikfestival zu erleben. Ganz bezauberndes Städtchen. Die Wohnungsübergabe hat prima funktioniert. Können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland

Sandrine est extrêmement accueillante et tout etait très clair pour notre arrivée ( avec une petite vidéo pour nous faciliter l arrivée) l appartement est super et la vue est juste incroyable 😎😍 merci encore à Sandrine et son conjoint, on espère pouvoir revenir dans ce petit coin de paradis

Très bon logement, idéalement situé.

Super séjour. Tout est fidèle à la description. La maison est spacieuse avec une grande cuisine et une jolie décoration. L’extérieur avec le jardin, la piscine et la terrasse est très agréable et nous offre une vue imprenable sur les vignes et les reliefs. L’emplacement est idéal car la mer et l’autoroute sont à quelques minutes. La propriétaire est très gentille, disponible et nous a donner les informations nécessaires pour visiter le coin.

L'accueil a été excellent. La maison est tout a fait fidèle a l'annonce, en très bon état, très propre. L'environnement du jardin, des terrasses et de la piscine sont un gros plus. La literie est très qualitative. Un garage complète cette prestation. La proximité du village de la Cadière et de toutes les stations environnantes est aussi un élément positif.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen wirklich tollen und sehr großen Pool. Das Haus liegt in einer geschlossenen Anlage mit circa 20 Häusern und ist nur circa 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus und die Lage sind für einen Strandurlaub wirklich perfekt. Leider hat sich der Nachbar am ersten Tag nach nur einer Stunde über die Lautstärke der Kinder im Pool beschwert. Wir waren sehr irritiert, da wir bestimmt schon zehn mal in einem Haus mit Pool waren und dies zum ersten Mal vorgekommen ist. Daher mussten wir die restlichen Tage sehr auf die Lautstärke der Kinder achten, was uns wenig Freude bereitet hat. Wir können jetzt nicht von diesem Einzelfall auf das generelle schließen, wollen aber vorsorglich Familien mit Kindern eine andere Unterkunft empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut und hat immer zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit funktioniert.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Villa! Die Räumlichkeiten waren fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos und besonders die große Küche mit allem, was man braucht, wie auch der Außenbereich mit dem Pool hat uns begeistert! Ein wenig verunsichert hat uns nur, dass die Türen aus den Zimmern zur Terrasse hin nicht abschließbar waren; das Grundstück war jedoch von einer Mauer umgeben. Die Lage um die Villa herum ist ruhig, leider ist fußläufig aber auch wenig erreichbar, was man unternehmen kann. Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und hatten eine tolle Zeit!
