También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Single-story house with easy access located in the center of the Sóller Valley built on a plot of 1500m2. It has access to park the car at the same entrance. It is an independent house, quiet and free of noise. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and full bathroom, TV (+Satelite),DVD, Wifi, Radio and many more amenities. Outdoors, there is a large garden with barbecue (with firewood) and swimming pool. There are also two bikes for customers to use.
