Furnished 110 m² house on 2 levels: on the ground floor, living room, dining room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, 4 bedrooms cooled by air conditioning in the hall, bathroom, and separate toilet. Terrace, private pool (open from June 15 to September 30), garden, and secure parking for 2 cars. In a quiet residential area, close to all shops, a 10-minute walk from the sea. A 30-minute drive from Hammamet, Nabeul, and Tunis (train station a 10-minute walk away).
