It has a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms each with a full bathroom, living room, dining room, half bathroom and laundry room. It is comfortable and spacious. There is no AC; but fans are available. The stove does not have an oven. A 10% discount is offered to those who book up to 15 days prior to their stay.

It is fully equipped for you to have a very pleasant stay. Always keep the place clean. The area is very safe and has 24/7 surveillance. A small colonial house, completely remodeled and refurbished, located in the iconic San Miguelito neighborhood of historic downtown San Luis Potosi. A 10-minute walk to downtown and two blocks to San Miguelito Garden. It has free parking in a guesthouse located a few steps from the house on the same street, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a private bathroom and everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Accommodation with an excellent location, very comfortable and spacious in a very safe area, just 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 minutes from the industrial area. Its excellent location allows you to travel anywhere in the city in a very short time, as it is very close to the Juárez Distributor and one of the main roads surrounding the city of San Luis Potosí. In compliance with social distancing measures, we have installed a Keybox system for access.

Nice private room, Korean-style loft

It is a spacious and independent room, with a rustic Korean style, it is on two levels, you have to climb stairs. It is not suitable for children. We have a double and single bed, a full bathroom, a terrace and a palapa with a barbecue, a small kitchen with a table and a minibar, internet, and a covered garage for one car.
