Good transport links via Triangeln and Södervärn, it is easy to reach Malmö City, nearby locations and Copenhagen! It offers a generous ceiling height, beautiful older details, big windows and lovely light. In the kitchen there is a smaller dining area, stove, oven, fridge/freezer and fan. Bathroom is a shower corner, toilet and sink.

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located on Limhamn close to Malmö Arena (about 4km) and to Malmö city (about 5km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two plates, oven and microwave. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a handset, a shower and a washing machine. In the apartment there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it but some atmospheric lights can be lit. Free Internet and large TV range.

A great place to stay in Solbacken: Malmö's most central neighborhood with detached houses and townhouses, dating back to the 1920s. You will be staying in a detached guest house from the main house, looking out on the park in back of the house. 10 minutes by bike to Riborsborg beach and Pildamns Park, and 15 to Central Station, with bus routes easily accessible. Free driveway parking. Free bikes available for loan by arrangement.
