The apartment is located in a quiet environment and is spread over 3 floors, but only 2 are residential. Its layout is 5+kk and the total area is 130 m². On the ground floor there is an entrance and a technical room with a washing machine and a dryer. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, kitchenette with dining area, and living room with smart TV and access to the balcony and a larger bedroom. On the second floor there are three rooms, two of them have access to a balcony with a view, on the floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet with a bidet shower.

The location of the house is a great starting point for trips, skiing, hiking,cycling and collecting berries in the surrounding forests. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pernínek. A few meters from the train station, a few meters from the ski slope and a few meters to the bike trails or cross-country trails and overlooking the Krušné hory hills. 15 minutes by car to the Klínovec Ski Resort, 5 minutes from the Plešivec Ski Resort. 15 minutes drive to the swimming pool or sauna world in Jáchymov. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a washing machine with a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a coffee capsule with a coffee machine, a folding baby cot.

Cottage right on the ski slope

The cottage is located in Stříbrná in the Ore Mountains, near Kraslice, Bublava, Přebuz and the German towns of Klingenthal, Schöneck and Markneukirchen. Our cottage is an ideal place to spend an active holiday, but also for relaxation and trips with the family. In summer, you can go cycling, hiking, picking forest fruits, or exploring the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local ski lift, the artificially snow-covered ski resort Bublava - Stříbrná is nearby. There is peace, quiet and tranquility.

Apartment Abertamy Erz Mountains.

Apartment 3+1 with cellar is located in the Ore Mountains tourist town of Abertamy. The ski resort location Plešivec is 2.5 km away, (12 km of ski slopes, 3 four-seat cable cars, a ski school, is also suitable for children. In Perninek, 4 km away, there are 2 beginner ski resorts. Cross-country skiers can connect to the Krušnohorská magistral (242 km). Nearby is also Klínovec and God's gift. In summer, the area is suitable for cycling (bike trails). Karlovy Vary is 25 min drive.

V zimě můžete přímo za chatou nastoupit do běžecké stopy nebo jít lyžovat na 100 metrů vzdálený vlek. Milovníci adrenalinu si přijdou na své při snowkitingu na rozlehlých krušnohorských pláních. Jaro, léto a podzim se nesou v duchu horské cyklistiky nebo turistických výletů.
