8 Steps to a private beach. Cottage with full kitchen, new queen bed, very private, big water's edge deck, unhindered views of Broughton Strait and the passing marine traffic and wildlife. Newly installed gas fireplace in 2022 will keep extra warmth and heat through cool evenings. As mentioned below, wifi is weak on a phone , good on a tablet. But it’s a spot to not be on devices. If you need major research or downloads, come up the driveway and it gets stronger. Local cafes have WiFi too

Sweet Sointula Suite

Settle in to enjoy the full kitchen and make the most of the outdoors with a covered patio and propane firepit. The suite is a great base for exploring. Access from a separate driveway, just a 10 minute walk to the ferry and downtown Sointula. Perfect for couples, families, or visiting workers. Comfortably sleeps 4 and the sofa can accommodate a fifth in a pinch. Let us know if you need baby items. We live upstairs (dogs and baby too), and have a great tenant in the other garden level suite.

This cottage is a separate building which is situated on the same property as the owners. Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, one double bed and a fold out couch, There is also a semi private patio for your use. Sorry NO TV but I offer FREE wifi. Please note * BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. Please read entire listing BEFORE booking! Adult orientated only. I have a NO kids and NO pet policy . There is also a small Gift shop on the premises.

Note: this is the home to two cats which will not be in the space during your stay. They live in the basement suite.

"Nana's Nest" Cozy w/ own entrance & self check in

Cozy one bedroom basement suite in a beautiful quite village. Lots of reading material, games etc. Cable TV in living room and Netflix in bedeoom. Close to grocery store, Liquor store, Post Office, Coffee Shop and Takeout pizza place. Beautiful ocean and mountain views from everywhere in the village. Fishing, Hiking, Kayaking all with in walking distance. Lovely place to stay while exploring our beautiful surroundings. Gateway to the West Coast for even further adventures.
