Tasteful 2-room apartment located in the brand new development on the 6th floor offering beautiful views of the river. Free parking in front of the house. A large grocery store is just a two-minute walk away, the city center a 5-minute drive away. Ideal location if you want to be close to the city centre, but a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment also has all the little amenities: from a coffee machine to a hairdryer. Come visit and you'll never want to leave!

Lovely apartment with its own balcony just away from the city, but South Center and Selver are just a short walk away. Great bus service to the city. A small forest lock near the apartment, where you can also enjoy some birdsong and walk. A great apartment with balcony. Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

You can relax in this peaceful and stylish place. We point out that the mattress of the bed is on average stronger, which provides strong support for the whole body. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a kitchen. The connection to the city center is very good: the city center is only 10 minutes away by car. The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!

New stylish one bedroom apartment 15min drive from the city center. The apartment is spacious and has a large balcony where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. It is possible to do laundry, cook and enjoy high-speed internet.

Enjoy the beginning of summer in privacy at Pangodi

In a small country house located 2 km from Pangodi Lake in a very private and picturesque location, it is possible to relax for families with children as well as for a smaller group of friends. On a winter evening, it's nice to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sauna.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
