Home was very clean, comfortable and close to the old town. Our host was very helpful, responsive and kind. Had a great time staying there, thank you.

Ayçıl Hanım ve dayısı Tuncay Bey, son derece nazik, kaliteli ve güngörmüş insanlardı. Bizi çok güzel ağırladılar. Kendilerine ait olan tekneleriyle gün batımında Selimiye tekne turu çok keyifliydi. Bunun için ayrıca teşekkürler. Evin konumu çok güzeldi, on adımda denize iniyorsunuz. Deniz bence bölgedeki en güzel deniz. Sığ ve çocuklar için ideal.. Sabah ve akşamları yüzmesi çok daha güzel oluyor. Sıcak bir denizi var.Selimiye hala doğallığını kaybetmemiş bir tatil beldesi.. Köyün içinde tatil yapıyorsunuz ama ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Tanımaktan mutlu olduğumuz güzel insanlarla ve olmaktan keyif aldığımız sakin ve huzurlu bir ortamda güzel bir dört gün geçirdik. Gelmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.

What an amazing stay in Rhodes! The apartment exceeded all of our expectations and would absolutely stay there again next time we are in town. It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and about 30 minutes into Old Town/Elli Beach so for some groups it might be better suited if you have a car. For us, walking was great and Faith was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The sunsets from the balcony were 10/10! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Esra hanım son derece titiz, düzenli, iletişim yeteneği son derece güçlü,ev pırıl pırıl. Her konuda tavsiyelerde bulundu, evden ayrılmakta zorlandık. En unutulmaz tatillerimizden biri oldu. En kısa sürede tekrar görüşeceğimize eminim ♥️

Mekanın konumu ve temizliği cok güzel. Evin içinde ihtiyacınız olabilecek bütün malzemeler mevcut. Ev sahibinin iletişimi güçlü ve bilgilendirmeleri yeterli oldu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederim.

Ipek Hanim rezervasyon oncesi sorulara verdigi cevaplardan, konaklamanin sonunda vedalasincaya kadar hep cok kibar, dostane ve yardimseverdi. Ev denizin dibinde, kendi iskelesi var. Hemen yaninda bolgedeki en iyi restoranlardan birisi var ve seslendiginiz an evin iskelesine de servis yapiyorlar. Suya yakin olmak istiyorsaniz alternatifi az bulunur bir konaklama alternatifi. Bahce cok kullanisli. Temizlik genel olarak iyi. Mutfakda ihtiyaciniz olan tum ekipman mevcut. Bunlari yazdigim icin bundan sonra istedigim tarihlerde yer bulmakta sorun yasama ihtimalime ragmen paylasmak istedim :)

Konumu itibariyle çok güzel ve özel bir yerdeydik. Huzur dolu, sessiz sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Muhteşem manzarası ve harika ev sahibesi ile dört dörtlük bir tatildi. Ev içerisinde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut ve tertemizdi. Terasında gün batımını izlemek ve kapıdan adımınızı attığınızda ayağınızın denize değmesi oldukça keyifliydi. Fatmagül hanım eve girdiğimiz andan check out anımıza kadar ilgili ve alakalıydı. Bize kendi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettirdiği için teşekkür ediyorum. Kapısı denize açılan ev ve Fatmagül hanım seneye tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle :)

Ich war rundum begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Alles war perfekt: Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, es war makellos sauber, und man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und in 15 Minuten Taxi oder Busfahrt ist man in der Stadt. Michaela sowie der Eigentümer der Unterkunft sind extrem herzlich und man wartet wirklich nie lange auf eine Antwort. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen es war alles so wie auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet und konnte auch sehr gut Englisch als wir ankamen hat er uns auch direkt gesagt was es alles in der Umgebung gibt. Und er hat mir auch viele links geschickt wo man gut essen kann oder tolle Bars so wie Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und wurde Wasser/Bier/Wein/Soft Drinks und ein bisschen Obst zur Verfügung gestellt. (Kostenfrei)

Pernille is a most welcoming host - friendly, very helpful, responsive and knowledgable about the local area, but also unobtrusive, although she lives next door. The studio was well equipped and spotlessly clean as was the pool and outside area. Initially Wifi wasnt great, but Pernille got it sorted and from then there were no issues! Unfortunately the washer wasnt working and the engineer advised a new one. It was no hardship to handwash clothing that needed freshening up and Pernille made her own machine available. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach and 15 min (quite) level walk to the centre of the village with its bars, resturants, amenities and bus stop. Buses to Rhodes town Monday - Friday were frequent - Saturday and Sunday less so. Kremasti is on the fight path, but we soon got used to that. This was our first time visiting Rhodes, indeed Greece. Kremasti, for us was perfect as was Pernille's studio, we really enjoyed our holiday - we WILL be back! :)

Michale’s was a great host and worked over time to help us through some scheduling issues. Villas was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the down town. Nice to get away from the touristy areas and enjoy the beach.

Carolus is a nice person and very helpful. He took care of everything we needed. He provided us with useful information about the area. The house is equipped and luxurious. The yard and the swimming pool were amazing. There is a high chance that we will return!

We stayed one week at Sea Villas at the end of March. Pantelis was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us arround the villa. The accommodation was really fantastic and the best one we've stayed in with Airbnb. We had difficulties in booking a rented car because everywhere was closed as the season hadn't started, but Pantelis helped to arrange this in a short space of time. One day we had a problem with the wi-fi and Pantelis resolved this immediately. Communication with Pantelis was excellent, and our questions were quickly answered. Sea Villas is easy to reach with a local bus from the airport. The nearest bus stop is Avra Beach Hotel, and from there it is about three minutes walk to the accommodation. There is a very good supermarket a few minutes walk from the villa which has eveything needed. We can highly recommend a stay at Sea Villas as Pantelis is the perfect host, and the accomodation is exactly as described.

Murat Bey gerçekten çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Bu arada Kenan Bey’i de unutmamak lazım. Her zaman ulaşabildiğimiz yardım sever biriydi. Gayet ilgili ve alakalı bir ekip. Huzur dolu muhitti ile tam bir tatil olanağı sağladığınız için teşekkür ederiz.

We were a group of 8 and we had a wonderful time staying at Aristotelis’s place. It was very close to the beach and to the old city. Aristotelis was a very friendly and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!!

Tertemiz pırıl pırıl misafirperver bir aile işletmesi diyebiliriz. Odalar fotoğraflarda gördüğünüzün birebir aynısı. Konumu harika koyun tam ortasında kalıyor denebilir o yüzden iki tarafa da yürüdüğünüzde minimum yoruluyorsunuz🤓 2 adımla plajdasınız zaten çalışanların güleryüzü olması, sorduğumuz her şeye yardımcı olması ve sohbetleri çok güzeldi. Denizin durgunluğu gece yıldızlar her saat olan manzara ile Selimiyeye aşık olduk diyebiliriz. Böyle güzel bir işletmeyle de tanıştığım için çok şanslı hissediyorum. Sezonu kapatmak için geldiğimizde mutlaka yine aynı yerde kalacağız ❤️

Ev fotoğraflardan göründüğü gibiydi; tertemizdi ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey evde vardı. Balkon manzarası fotoğraflardan çok çok daha güzeldi. Güzel bir veranda alanı da var girişte ve gayet yeni ve temiz bir barbekü de saglanmis. Bu alanda mangal yapmak çok keyifliydi. Ayrıca bu eve ait denizin hemen dibinde bir beach alanı da bulunuyor, orası da düzenli ve tertemizdi. Gürel Bey ve ailesi bizi çok iyi agirladilar, her gün bir ihtiyacımız var mıdır diye sordular. Sogut’e bir daha yolumuz düşerse gene burada kalacağız. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Beautiful place with the best view in Marmaris. 11/10. Really recommend staying here! I would definitely love to stay again Ahmet is a great host and communication was great. He is also very proactive!

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Konakladığımız apart çok temiz ve ihtiyacımız olan her şeye sahipti. Evimiz denize iki adım mesafedeydi. Denizi harikaydı. Ev sahiplerimiz Arzu Hanım ve Ramazan Bey çok yardımsever çok düşünceli ve elibol insanlardı. Tatilimizi dokuz gün almıştık. Tatil boyunca bahçelerindeki sebzeleri ve üzümleri bizimle paylaştılar. Düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

The location was absolutely perfect, we could easily walk to the beach, the ports, old town, and more. The hosts were very flexible and responsive, and left a sweet treat for us at check in. We had a lovely stay!
