The centrally located suite apartment has a partial sea view. The 1+1 apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed that can be opened in the living room, and can accommodate a total of 3 people. Kitchen and kitchen utensils, washing machine in the common area, hair dryer, clothes hanger, ironing board, wardrobe, stove, toilet paper, shower shampoo are available. There is free parking in front of the building and free parking on the road. It is a 5-minute walk to the marina and the bazaar and there is a public beach in front of it.

Die Großstadt Izmir (40 km) ist mit Bus/Dolmus (Minibus) ,oder mit Taxi erreichbar . Vor dem Haus befindet 50 Meter entfernt der Sandstrand .Im Haus befindet Trinkwasser Kühlgerät.(Sebil) und 3 Klimagerät .

The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.
