Huge house to get lost in. Sauna, Gym, Jacuzzi is amazing, Bluetooth, everything you could wish.

Brilliant little home on the outskirts of the city. really nice, clean and looks as good as the pictures suggest. a few things to note - Not easy to get to by anything except car. driving is almost necessary I'd not save taxi fares - Plenty of wild dogs, for those scared of then. in all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home outside the city with a driver in the group. really impressed

What a gem! I booked this place in the Lagera district where I had commitments for a few days, and it ended up exceeding my expectations. Having my own underground parking spot was great. Self‑check‑in was smooth and flexible; the photo guide made arrival totally stress‑free. Inside, the studio feels like a cozy little home. I had to work on my laptop and the dining table doubled nicely as a desk. The kitchen is very well-equipped: Large fridge with freezer compartment, utensils, tea kettle, microwave etc. After a lengthy workation, the washing machine was great for washing my clothes. Although I didn’t have time to jump in, the outdoor pool looked fantastic. The hosts were very polite & responsive whenever I messaged them. All in all, this place combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful touches in a quiet, secure (gated) building complex. Highly recommended, especially for travelers with a car or anyone needing convenient place to stay near Lagera. I’ll definitely book it again 😊

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Dit appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een wat langer verblijf. Wij waren er 10 dagen. Het is een superfijne uitvalsbasis om Sofia en omgeving te ontdekken. We hebben ons helemaal thuis gevoeld!

The communication with Nikolay was flawless, he was very reactive and the organisation of our stay went smoothly. Everything wa perfect! This is an excellent location for a family: close to Sofia, fresh air, nice garden and a remarcable view of Vitosha mountain!

Kamal is a great host. He helped us check in 3am in the morning, even though the official policy is 9am. We are very grateful for such hospitality. The location is PERFECT: near all the archeological finds, museums, and historic sights. The hot springs right by the apartment date back millenia and are responsible for the initial settlements 10,000 years ago. The view from the apartment is also grand. We enjoyed it a lot.

Very nice house at the edge of Vitosha mountain. Quite surroundings far from the city noise. The house have amazing yard with a place to park a car. Sofia airport is just 30 minutes away by car. I absolutely recommend this place. The only downside I can think of is the steep ladder to the second floor, where the two bedrooms are located, so keep it in mind if you have mobility problems.

Pleasant stay and the hostess Miglena was very kind and helpful. Even helped us book restaurants etc. Recommend this place if you are a larger group and you need everything nearby.

Скоро не бях попадал на хубаво и чисто airbnb. Всичко изглежда както е на снимките. Вложени са средства и е мислено за да бъде лесно за отсядащите. Беше много чисто както в банята така и в самата стая. Паркинга е голям и удобен с автоматична врата. Хостът също отговаряше при нужда.

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

Yeni bir bina. Ev sahibi çok güler yüzlü ve kibar. Bizi sarılarak karşıladı ve uğurladı. Balkonu ve bahçesi de cennetten bir köşe gibiydi. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik.

Really quiet, we all slept well. 10 mins walk to the centre of Sofia and a good price. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Honestly one of the best airbnbs in Sofia

We booked Rumi’s place as a group of 14 for a stag do, knowing it was a 1-star property—and that’s exactly what we got, which was perfect for our needs! The house had plenty of beds, clean bathrooms, and was in a great location within walking distance to the city centre. Rumi provided clean towels, which we appreciated, and she was a great host—friendly and full of helpful local recommendations. The listing pictures are very accurate, so no surprises when you arrive. All in all, it was exactly what we needed for a fun weekend in Sofia. Thanks again, Rumi!

In the neighbourhood a lot of things to do. Shopping Mall, Aquapark, Centrum and a lot of bars and restaurants. The appartement was very clean and big enough for 4 persons. The reaction from Anna is always very quick! It is very quiet and the beds are good. So we enjoy the time in the appartment!
