Huge house to get lost in. Sauna, Gym, Jacuzzi is amazing, Bluetooth, everything you could wish.

Brilliant little home on the outskirts of the city. really nice, clean and looks as good as the pictures suggest. a few things to note - Not easy to get to by anything except car. driving is almost necessary I'd not save taxi fares - Plenty of wild dogs, for those scared of then. in all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home outside the city with a driver in the group. really impressed

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

The location is perfect , close to everything in the center. Our stay was worth it and the owner is a very kind man. The pictures doesn't do it justice , you have to be there to experience it. We definitely will come back again. Thank you for the service.

very good location at downtown

Absolute retreat! The tranquility of the surroundings, combined with the care of the owner, made my stay a peaceful getaway. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and offered everything needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and charming getaway!

Kamal is a great host. He helped us check in 3am in the morning, even though the official policy is 9am. We are very grateful for such hospitality. The location is PERFECT: near all the archeological finds, museums, and historic sights. The hot springs right by the apartment date back millenia and are responsible for the initial settlements 10,000 years ago. The view from the apartment is also grand. We enjoyed it a lot.

Very nice house at the edge of Vitosha mountain. Quite surroundings far from the city noise. The house have amazing yard with a place to park a car. Sofia airport is just 30 minutes away by car. I absolutely recommend this place. The only downside I can think of is the steep ladder to the second floor, where the two bedrooms are located, so keep it in mind if you have mobility problems.

Pleasant stay and the hostess Miglena was very kind and helpful. Even helped us book restaurants etc. Recommend this place if you are a larger group and you need everything nearby.

Lovely location on the lake. Nice and quiet

I haven't had a nice, clean airbnb in a while. Everything looks like it does in the photos. Money has been invested and thought has been given to make it easy for guests. It was very clean both in the bathroom and in the room itself. The parking lot is large and comfortable with an automatic door. The host also responded when needed.

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

A new building. The host is very friendly and polite. He greeted us with a hug and saw us off. The balcony and garden were like a corner of heaven. We felt like we were in our own home.

Really quiet, we all slept well. 10 mins walk to the centre of Sofia and a good price. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Honestly one of the best airbnbs in Sofia

In the neighbourhood a lot of things to do. Shopping Mall, Aquapark, Centrum and a lot of bars and restaurants. The appartement was very clean and big enough for 4 persons. The reaction from Anna is always very quick! It is very quiet and the beds are good. So we enjoy the time in the appartment!

Great host, helped with everything, apartment was as described, good for a large group.
