Alexandra's II is a newly furnished two-bedroom apartment for a maximum of 4 guests in the City Center of Sofia. It is situated within a minute's walk from a metro station, bus and trams. Apartment is close to Vitosha blvd. (main shopping street), supermarkets, small shops, as well as trendy restaurants and pubs. The area is really quiet but close to everything. Within a walking distance are Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Ancient Serdika Complex, National Palace of Culture, National Theatre, etc.

A walking distance from everything worth seeing & doing downtown! Extra roomy for 2 & very comfy for 3 guests, bright & quiet. Fast internet, a swimming pool and gyms nearby, 2 parks across the road, the Vitosha mountains within view - this is a great place to explore, work or chill out! We do things in person (still) so expect to meet me or my mum at your arrival. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accommodate arrivals after 8pm. However we are happy to let you check out late - by 5pm!

Located in front of the National Palace of Culture, this place is perfect for your holiday or business trip, suitable for up to 6 people. The main street in Sofia - Vitosha is one minute walk away as well as the metro station. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. There is a free secured 24/7 parking lot right in front of the apartment. You will have all the essentials you need to make your stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful, bright and airy apartment located in front of South Park in the Lozenetz district of Sofia with a beautiful view to the park and Vitosha mountain. Located 500 meters from the U.S. Embassy, a five minute walk from the shops and restaurants of James Boucher Street and 10 minutes by car from downtown Sofia. There is a Billa supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, parking garage and a large balcony to relax.

Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

We were very delighted with our stay at Julian’s place. This one of the best apartments we have stayed in in Sofia. Very nicely designed, equipped with all the amenities one may need, the bed was extremely comfortable, the apartment was quiet and in the heart of the city situated. Also very important Julian was an amazing host, even letting us check in earlier. Thank you very much for a great stay, Julian. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who puts value to a nice apartment for his vacation.

Highly recommended. The apartment is compact but logically organized and charmingly decorated. I enjoyed the quiet of the building and the neighborhood, and the proximity to Zaimov Park as well as to the city center. Numerous tram and bus lines are nearby, and the metro can be easily reached via a short, pleasant walk. Elvira is a most generous and personable host -- a rare human being in an Airbnb world that has become so corporate and impersonal. This ranks among my favorite stays ever and I would happily return.
