We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

We were very delighted with our stay at Julian’s place. This one of the best apartments we have stayed in in Sofia. Very nicely designed, equipped with all the amenities one may need, the bed was extremely comfortable, the apartment was quiet and in the heart of the city situated. Also very important Julian was an amazing host, even letting us check in earlier. Thank you very much for a great stay, Julian. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who puts value to a nice apartment for his vacation.

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Sofia. The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, the rooms are spacious and the terrace is a real asset! Perfect Stay for Families - Exceptional Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Tony's Airbnb in Sofia. The apartment was ideally located in the city center, making it easy to explore with our baby. Tony was an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. Since we were traveling with our baby and had extra luggage, we requested an early check-in, which he kindly approved right away. During our introduction, I mentioned we had just returned from a European tour, and he immediately offered to help with laundry if needed. His kindness, attentiveness, and proactive attitude made our stay so much more comfortable. We truly appreciate Tony's genuine hospitality and the cozy accommodation he provided. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, and stress-free stay in Sofia!

The apartment is great: 1. Central heating and very warm 2. All necessary appliances and more are available 3. Location ,junction , grocery stores,coffee shops, the center are all within walking distance ,very convenient 4. The apartment is cozy and creative 5. Necessary utensils 6. The host responded immediately to messages, the feedback was 7. There is a place to park the car Among the cons : 1. No Elevator Available 2. When we checked in , we did not have time to clean the apartment from the last tenant. But the host immediately responded to the text and the girl came and cleaned everything. I would not even attribute this to the disadvantage , we are all people , thehuman factor . In general, a very pleasant experience was left , we really liked the apartment ,we recommend it to everyone . When we come to Sofia, we now want to book only her 🫶

This was a perfect location for our last night before heading to the airport! Very close to tram and the building is new and clean! Would stay here again!

The house is ventilated, bright and spacious. It is a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 40-minute walk from the main attraction, the Nevsky Cathedral. There is a billa supermarket in a 7-minute walk. However, there are few restaurants and businesses around. The door opening method given by the manager is not very convenient. 1. The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. The electronic card to open the building door should not be operated in the way of the manager, but directly press the red dot on the door frame, which is mo

I stayed at Irena's place for a month and honestly, it surpassed my expectations. Couldn't have asked for anything better. The place is very cozy, beautifully done, and truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail and comfort in every corner made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The location is absolutely amazing - everything you could possibly need is right nearby. Mega stores, cafes, great places to eat, and incredibly convenient public transport are all within easy reach. Also the biggest bus hub in Sofia is 4 minutes away on foot. The hosts were wonderful - super welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I am very thankful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Sofia.
