Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully equipped kitchen and its own patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to fantastic beaches and many good restaurants!

In the garden, there are swings, soccer goals, and trampoline for playing. By bike, you can reach both Kivik and Stenshuvud National Park. Österlen's finest beach, Knäbäckshusen, is a few kilometers away. Up the hill you can buy freshly baked at Mellbybagaren, and 50 meters from the house there's bus stop that takes you either south towards Simrishamn or north towards Kivik.

I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So it can be some hustle and bustle,but we're kind and easy going. There may be a cat coming to visit.
