Bästekille is a small village situated at a high elevation between Södra Mellby and Vitaby. It is 3 km to Kivik and about 18 km to Simrishamn. Here, you'll find apple orchards and grazing cows. In the village, there is a farm shop selling eggs, potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. Everything is certified by the farmer in the village. The Fabriken art gallery is located in the village. In the southern part of Mellby, there is a bakery where you can buy delicious pastries and bread. The nearest beaches are Kivik or Vitemölla, where there are beautiful sandy beaches. The cottage is located by a road.

To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
