Bästekille is a small village situated at a high elevation between Södra Mellby and Vitaby. It is 3 km to Kivik and about 18 km to Simrishamn. Here, you'll find apple orchards and grazing cows. In the village, there is a farm shop selling eggs, potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. Everything is certified by the farmer in the village. The Fabriken art gallery is located in the village. In the southern part of Mellby, there is a bakery where you can buy delicious pastries and bread. The nearest beaches are Kivik or Vitemölla, where there are beautiful sandy beaches. The cottage is located by a road.

Cozy gazebo and two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pasture. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and herbs. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 meters from the house. Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Only a sofa bed, 150 cm wide. Private entrance and parking. Quiet and comfortable. Close to Kivik ,the sea ,and the national park. I also live in the yard. Östhem

Östhem is a farm just outside the village of Rörum. The farm is located next to Skåneleden, near Knäbäckshusens beach, beautiful nature and the Stenshuvud National Park. On the farm, Sandra and Rasmus live with four children, two cats and some chickens. We run a bookstore, an art gallery and a café adjacent to the farm. Östhem is surrounded by a larger apple and vineyard that we also work with.

The location is perfect for those of you who want to explore Österlen's beautiful nature and all other nice excursion destinations. Bus stop is a few minutes away for those of you who want to visit Simrishamn or Kristianstad.
