Wi-Fi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there can be a bit of hustle and bustle, but we are nice and easygoing. A cat may come for a visit. Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo and two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pasture. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and herbs. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 meters from the house. In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Välkommen till Lilla Sjövik, vår charmiga gäststuga från 1930 på ca 30kvm. Med gångavstånd till Kiviks hamn, bad, restauranger, caféer, bageri, butiker och mataffär. Njut av härliga promenader utmed havet och i de vackra omgivningarna. Det är bara en kort bilfärd till golf, loppis/antik, Stenshuvud Nationalpark mm. Kokvrå för enklare matlagning Liten uteplats i SV med grill. Egen ingång. Privat parkering. Lakan, handdukar och städning ingår. Ej rökning, ej spädbarn/småbarn, ej husdjur.

Arkitektritat litet hus i Baskemölla på Österlen. Havet ligger tätt intill och en fantastisk natur. Skåneleden (SL4) går strax nedanför huset. 5 km söderut ligger Simrishamn med restauranger, caféer samt affärer. Norrut tar du den underbara strandpromenaden i Carl von Linnés fotspår mot fiskesamhället Vik. Närhet till fantastiska sandstränder och alla små guldkorn som Österlen kan erbjuda. Obs! Uthyrning 2026 v26-v27 (veckovis) samt v32-v35 (veckovis) In-och utcheckning söndagar.

Renoverad stuga bland äppellundar och nära Kivik

Bästekille är en liten by högt belägen mellan Södra Mellby och Vitaby. Det är 3 km till Kivik och ca 18 km till Simrishamn. Här finns äppellundar och betande kor. I byn finns en gårdsbutik med ägg, potatis och grönsaker efter säsong. Allt är kravmärkt från bonden i byn. Konstgalleri Fabriken ligger i byn. I södra Mellby finns ett bageri där ni kan köpa goda bakverk och bröd. Närmsta bad är Kivik eller Vitemölla där det finns vackra sandstränder. Stugan ligger vid en väg.

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
