Welcome to our cozy guest house in the countryside in beautiful Sköldinge, Sörmland – surrounded by meadows, lakes and grazing cows! A place for those who long for peace, nature and simple enjoyment of life. The cottage accommodates four adults and has a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bunk bed, sofa bed and dining area. Outside there is a veranda with a barbecue grill. A five-minute walk away is a cozy swimming lake with a beautiful barbecue area. Flen can be reached in 10 minutes, Katrineholm in 15. Rides can be offered. Rural summer idyll at its best!

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Hultaskäret

Relax in this unique and simple accommodation on your own island. You come here if you want to be by yourselves, canoe, watch birds/beavers or fish. The island does not have electricity or running water, so those of you who want to visit this paradise cannot be too comfortable. There is a barbecue, gas stove and an outdoor toilet. The canoe is included in the rental. The island is located in a bay of Hjälmaren called Frösshammarsviken and the island is called Hultaskäret. You can take a canoe out into the big lake if you want and the weather allows.

Welcome to our large, spacious house with proximity to grocery store, playground and city center. The forest is around the corner with very nice walking paths and cycling distance to the lake for swimming and activities. A modern villa with kitchen, living room, 6 bedrooms (1 room has a sofa bed), 1 bathroom with shower + a laundry room with shower. 1 small toilet. Glazed conservatory, 3 stoves, 1 outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free Wi-Fi included. You can easily check into the house using a code for the door that we will send.

Large sliding doors provide nice light and views of the lush garden. Cozy patio with pergola, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Parking for three cars and five minutes to the city by car. Cozy guest cottage in rural idyll

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only one hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. Living on the farm are the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dogs Isa and Snö, the Welsh Blackface sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly, and Kajsa, and the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Wake up to stunning lake views in this newly renovated house at the edge of a quiet summerhouse area just 10 km from Eskilstuna. The home offers a calm retreat surrounded by nature, with the lake and a shared jetty less than 100 meters away. Spend your days swimming, fishing, or relaxing in the garden. A small, child-friendly beach is just a short walk away. Ideal both as lakeside oasis and a relaxing base to explore the region. This home combines modern comfort with serene surroundings.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Villa Kruthuset by the sea | Sauna cabin | Single room

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve, with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (7 bedrooms - 8 beds including bed linens and towels).

Sjöpärlan

Live beautifully on a farm with sheep and chickens. The farm is beautifully situated by Lake Öljaren in Österåker, Vingåker. It is 300 meters to the lake where you can both swim and fish. Walking paths and bike paths are nearby. On the lower floor of the house there is a bathroom with shower and eco-freeze toilet as well as access to a washing machine. On the upper floor there are about 40 sqm with three beds, a sofa and an equipped kitchenette. A hot plate is available.
