Thanks Escavana team for a wonderfully kept property. Whole team makes their best efforts for a hassle free and enjoyable stay. Caretaker Mr Panna and team did a great job in housekeeping. Linen/towels/Pillows were top notch. Iron and hairdryers were provided. Dove/Tressme/Lux branded toiletries. Soundbar with woofer was provided. All kitchen appliances and crockery/cutlery was good quality. Small small things like scissors, bottle opener, washing machine detergent, all-out mosquito repellants were taken care of. Basement parking with lift was specially helpful during continuous rains. Swimming pool and adjoining sit out areas were very clean. Thanks Escavana team.

There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. We had a fantastic two-night stay at this charming apartment in Siolim! The place is absolutely cute, cozy, and perfect for a small family—comfortable for two adults and a child. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the great restaurants and beautiful beaches in Siolim, Vagator, and the surrounding areas. The host was wonderful, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable for us. A special mention to Debashish, who was always just a call away whenever we needed anything. His prompt assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet well-connected place in North Goa, this apartment is a great choice. Had an absolutely wonderful stay in Goa! The property was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. When i short listed this property , there were some odd reviews . Trust me , with all respect to others who have posted these reviews, there was absolutely no issues at all. had supported in slightly early check-in as we were driving down from bangalore . His staff welcomed us with a smooth check in and showed us all facilities with instructions. Place was very cozy with comfortable furniture and good kitchen with enough utensils. We cooked 2 days with out any hassles . Ofcourse there were one tile broken in the living and bathroom and a stand broken in bathroom which will no way hamper ur holiday stay . Nice balcony with pool facing and we loved our coffee there .over all my whole family loved it. There were lot of options in airbnb, but we r so happy that we finalised on this property 😀

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

My suggestion is if u visit goa for vacations very much recommended property

1. The apartment is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and offering an incredible view. The highlight for me was the huge balcony—truly a space you’ll fall in love with. 2. All the amenities listed were provided, and everything worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi speed was so good. 3. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Sairaj, the host, was very responsive and accommodating, even helping with an early check-in. Tapan, the caretaker, was extremely humble and took care of almost everything around the property. 4. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food joints just 5 minutes away from Titos Lane. The connectivity is excellent. This was my best Airbnb experience, and I genuinely loved it. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Staying at Jyoti’s place was a wonderful experience. Unlike many hosts who go quiet after booking, Jyoti stayed in regular communication and was always helpful. Very nice and comfortable stay, mansi has taken care of everything especially our toddler needs. Awesome stay and property is also very nice Only two things to keep in mind: Property is little far from cafes/ eating joints so need a ride if staying Also property is on 2nd floor without lift.
