It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park where there is a dog park and playground and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk. The house has refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Access is from the back of our house off Adams St. Its a short walk to Church on Main, Southside restaurants, tap rooms, bars, the Choo Choo entertainment district and the shuttle complex to downtown and Incline. There is covered, off-street parking (for one vehicle), a private entrance, outdoor patio with gas and charcoal grills and a wood fire pit. 2 people maximum, no exceptions.
