Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo, Joniec commune, 2 cozy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome low-maintenance pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. You can use the hot tub and sauna at our place - these are options for an additional fee. West Guest House is located in a quiet are of the Kampinos Forest, in Klaudyn town, 12 km from the center of Warsaw ( about 20 minutes by car). We offers you 165 m2 fully equipped house, well furnished and comfortable four bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, garage for two car and parking places outside. The house is surrounded by a large garden with a terrace. There is also a small playground - the best place for your children. The garden includes a mini spa sauna and jacuzzi - paid option.

A beautiful cottage built at the main entrance to the Kampinos National Park, surrounded by dunes, forests, meadows and backwaters. From the cottage you can hear the beautiful singing of birds and the sounds of wild animals. There are no neighbors around the farm. Access via an asphalt road, a beautiful garden with places to rest and recreation is also illuminated at night. The cottage is part of a small farm with organically grown strawberries. We are happy to offer them in the season.

If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.
