We have just returned from a weekend at this property. It’s absolutely beautiful and was the perfect base. The house is so well kept and the views are stunning. Cannot recommend enough! Will definitely be back :)

We had a great time here! Everything was as described, very clean and Gail was very responsive. The space was warm and cozy, perfect after a soggy walk around the Brecon Beacons!!

Chicken house dome

EmmaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Unique stay in beautiful surroundings, the dome offers a great balance being exposed to the elements by being able gaze out at the sky from your bed and hearing the birds chirp in the morning whilst having all the comforts that you normally miss when camping! The host waa friendly and sent across useful information beforehand and although the dome is right next to the host's home it still offers plenty of privacy and felt like our own little hideaway. We stayed for the Hay festival but would love to come back again to explore the area more - cannot recommend enough.

Wow what a wonderful stay in the heart of the Brecon Beacons! Very cosy and comfortable little cottage in a very picturesque setting with great views over to Pen Y Fan. Hot tub was a very welcome bonus, looking out over the hills, perfect end to a long day's hike. Owner was very nice and helpful, with great communications. Would highly recommend for a solo traveller or couple wanting a cosy base to explore the Beacons.

The Snail, Retro 1964 Eriba Puck Caravan

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Great novelty stay in the Brecons- peaceful, calm and of course in an area of outstanding beauty. Something we’ve never done before! We were grateful for the car to get around places but the Snail is only 10mins away from Brecon itself and half an hour from some of the most popular walks. Does get very chilly at night (we stayed in October) but if you come prepared with duvets etc it’s not a problem.

Swn Y Nant. Lodge with hot tub Brecon

We had such a relaxing stay here! The lodge is in a beautiful, peaceful spot by a stream and felt really private. The hot tub was amazing after climbing Pen y Fan – exactly what we needed. Our dog Nala loved it too, especially the welcome treats 🐶🐾🦴 It’s a perfect base for exploring the area and just unwinding. We’d definitely come back!

The acorn has been my favourite stay on air bnb so far ! The tranquil surroundings and cosy hut was everything and more . Lovely villages around and beautiful walks all around you . The couple who hosted us were so kind and communication on the phone was very easy when needed . We stayed end of May so were so lucky to see so much wildlife with their beautiful babies. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in wales.
