Monthly Rentals in Snake River Valley

We needed an extended stay while we waited for our new home to be ready. We are so glad we found this listing! We were relieved that the pictures are accurate for the space. It's a smart layout, the furniture/beds are comfortable, the kitchen is easy to cook in. We bought many items with us and there was plenty of closet space and cupboard space. We liked the central location. Within a couple of miles there are a couple of gas stations, fast food locations, a Family Dollar, and a grocery store. We used the paved walking paths by the river at the end of the block. It's centrally located making it easy to get to downtown, ISU, and other shopping areas. The apartment is easy to get into and was well stocked for an extended stay. We loved that there was a washer/dryer in the space. You can occasionally hear other tenants moving around, which is normal for apartments, but we didn't have any problems with noise. We went from a super stressful situation to feeling right at home.

I really enjoyed my stay at Deborah’s. I was very thankful to find an affordable place in a safe neighborhood that I felt comfortable staying at because I was alone. It had everything I needed and was very comfortable.

My parents live nearby and Susan’s place was perfect for our stay. Very clean and matched all of the pictures. We’ll definitely try to stay there again next time we’re in town. Check in and check out was simple and Susan was very responsive when needed.

Loved the stay. The house was very clean and so beautifully decorated. What you needed was just where you thought it should be. So quiet and peaceful. When we visit our family again we will definitely come back.
