We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our large group. It’s close to lots of attractions, which made getting around super easy. We loved the extra amenities — the cute little putt putt corner, pool, and outdoor dining area were huge highlights. The beautiful trees in the yard added such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Kelly was an extremely attentive host - very easy to communicate with. We felt totally secure that she would handle any problems we might encounter. Luckily, that did not happen but we knew she was there if we needed her. House we terrific! Upstairs suite was great for privacy and the outside space was charming. The record collection was an extra bonus. Would definitely return if ever in Austin again. Nancy

Nathan was an amazing host. Super responsive and quick to help with anything. The AC wasn’t working when we came in but was fixed within 2 hours of us being there. Super recommend

We felt right at home during our recent stay! Comfortable with room for all 5 of us! We enjoyed a meal around the big table and chilled out in the back living room!

Had to stop by austin for a day with my pups and this place was great

This little place was so perfect for our needs. It was incredibly close to all the activities we wanted to do. Very close to downtown and yet in a really cute and clean and nice neighborhood. The place itself is darling. It possibly at one time was an older apartment but all redone and upgraded, It has a darling area to sit at in the lower entry part, or you can sit up on the balcony, lovely trees everywhere. The bed is tucked in a little cubbyhole, luckily we’re still young enough to climb in there. You just have to maybe put your phone under your pillow if you need it by you for an alarm or something, since there are not room for tables, but we made it all work! We don’t sweat the small things, the location was worth everything. Oh, and not to mention the covered parking! The host went above and beyond helping in any areas we needed! Would definitely stay again.

Great home base if you’re traveling to Austin. Was perfect for our bachelor party. Nice bathrooms, plenty of space, walkable to lots of interesting stuff. Place was clean and orderly, and host was very responsive.

What an absolute gem of a place! I loved the artsy decor, and the little touches that made the place extra fun. Chair swing! Gorgeous tiled shower. And the lake/boardwalk just a 10 minute walk away made it perfect. I loved my stay and would return in a second!

Lee was very accommodating for our stay. The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Also loved the area of town it was in - close to walking trails and lots of fun things to do. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Ryan’s place in Austin. It was a great location for us, had ample space, well equipped with everything we needed. Only complaint was that we had to strip the beds which is only slightly annoying, but come to expect that with Airbnb.

Great location and very comfortable house. The yard is pretty dry and beat up, but some of that is due to Austin's current water shortage/restrictions.

we felt like it was an absolute honor to stay in this artistic tribute to all things wonderful - whether a picture of a giraffe peering in the window to see what you are cooking, or a small plastic pig figurine looking down from above the shower. What an experience and we suspect each item displayed has a rich story that could go along with it. The artful displays provide a rich coziness to the experience in this large home. The owner keeps the place spotless and supplied with anything you might need. She is a super communicator and readily available to assist in any way. This is a place you do not want to miss - it is as unique as they come and very comfortable!

I can’t really say enough amazing things about this house. Charm’s home is so pristine, cozy, and perfectly curated. Every detail is looked after. We had the absolute best stay (and sleep). Our kids loved the pool, and all of her recommendations were spot on. We’d absolutely stay again, and I Will be recommending it to all of my friends. Thank you so much, Charm!

We had a great stay! Place was as described, very unique layout that maximizes the space to host large groups. Fully stocked kitchen, an issue I've had with AirBnb's before, was able to make a couple full meals for our group because we had all necessary equipment. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Hacienda was more than perfect for the bachelorette! The space was great for 7 of us girlies and very clean. Hosts were available if we ever needed anything, clear instructions on entering the bnb and even allowed us in a little early. Highly recommend this bnb for anyone visiting for a bachelorette or birthday! Easy drive to downtown or local restaurants as there’s everything you need nearby. Thank you for a great place!

Ryan was extremely responsive throughout our stay. His home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood that’s walkable to SoCo and conveniently located close to a big H-E-B. We had one minor hiccup while we were there but Ryan responded and tried to provide a solution. We also extended our stay and requested a late check out, both of which Ryan accommodated. My only suggestions which are minor is to have more kitchen equipment (there were 2 spoons and no wine opener) and more towels. All in all we had a really nice time and would recommend Ryan as a host to anyone.

Very comfortable home, lots of space to move around. Great pool and patio views. Don’t be discouraged with the surrounding area, the neighborhood is very calm and welcoming! Wash room has provided laundry detergent which was a plus and we didn’t think we needed until we did! We look forward into coming again soon with more family which this house can definitely accommodate!
