Monthly Rentals in Smithtown

Steph and Stu let us book the day of and immediately I could see how attentive they were when they said they’d get the cleaners there immediately so that me and my boyfriend would have a clean place to stay the night. They were very responsive through texts and helped us with all we needed. The place itself exactly shown and described and couldn’t have been a better place to spend the night.

This was without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Roomy, very clean, safe off street parking, extra touches (Christmas cookies, all types cooking supplies, nicely stocked coffee bar). Close proximity to stores, restaurants, Etc. We would love to stay again!

Tim and Lorna were excellent hosts! The place was better than expected and in a great area centrally located on the island. There were so many thoughtful little details they provided for both me and my my furbaby - from toys and a bed for him to all sorts of things we might forget when traveling (first aide kit, lint brush and so much more). The place was impeccable and very comfortable. My plans changed when I arrived and I needed up just relaxing for quite a bit of my stay and it was perfect. A very comfortable sitting area with books, games and a tv with lots of options. The bedroom was roomy and very comfortable. I slept like a baby throughout my stay as it is a nice quiet area and I barely heard anything from them as they are upstairs. There is a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave which was all I needed since I wasn’t looking to cook while away. They were very responsive when I misunderstood the instructions on how to get in. I will most certainly be back!
