Very clean with new paint, new bathroom and new laminate flooring. We are located a little over an hour from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

Welcome to the River House! A unique rental located in a quiet town along the Allegheny River 35 miles north of Pittsburgh. This second story unit has modern amenities nestled in a Victorian House built in 1862. Located directly across from Kittanning Riverfront Park & Amphitheater. Close proximity to Rails to Trails, Buttermilk Falls, boat launch, trout streams, and many other outdoor activities. Come relax on your private balcony, on the deck over-looking the river, or on the dock.

Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
