Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! A peaceful place close to the forest and the beach but only 10 minutes by car from Sunne. 15-minute drive to Sunne Ski & Bike or 1 hour to the larger resort Hovfjället for those who like winter activities. The lake is shallow, so if the weather is right, it is a good lake for ice skating, but this is for each person to ensure for themselves. For those interested in culture, there is nice Alma Löv 20 minutes' drive away and Selma Lagerlöfs Mårbacka on the other side of the mountain.

Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

The kitchen is fully equipped, possibility to fire in wood stove, fireplace. A unique and different cottage with a large porch. Self-catering with about 75 sqm living space. There is no public transport here so you need your own car. Distance: Fryken 2 km, Ski Sunne 13 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park, Västanå theater and golf course 8 km.

Cosy cottage between Karlstad and Sunne

Lovely Cottage on the country. For those who want to take it easy and enjoy nature. Lots off wild animals a round the farm. You will see Moos, Deer, Fox and lots off birds, in the early spring and late summer. The autumn gives lots off berries and mushrooms , free to pick for every one. On the farm, besides me, I have a dog, Shadow and 3 cats, Saga, Timjan and Bassilika, 2 horses, Grace and Cash and some chickens. This is one of the most beautiful place on earth, you really have to see this.

Welcome to Loftet, a unique house for 4 renovated from one of the original barns of the property. When sitting at the front, you can look out across the lake when taking meals, whether in sunshine or snow; we have plenty of woolen blankets! Loftet has no separate living room, instead a large dining room when you walk in, and a smaller space upstairs with 2 chairs to relax in the winter. Welcome in our newly renovated cosy cottage with view over lake Fryken near Sunne. The cottage is situated on our premises but has its own outside area with picnic table and BBQ. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size double bed is situated on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 with a bunkbed) are situated on the ground floor here you can also find the bathroom. Enjoy lake Fryken att the nearby beach Öjervik.
