Monthly Rentals in Smari

We stayed for 5 nights and had the best time! Manolis place is beautiful, clean and an oasis to recharge and relax. The little house that we stayed in on his farm had everything you would need, beautiful outdoor seating and is private. On the farm you have cats and chickens, beautiful flowers, studding views, etc. Manolis and his family are amazing hosts, probably the best ones we have had so far, extremely friendly and welcoming, they provided us with fresh produce from the village, organized activities and a small dinner for us and were always available. The village is really old and authentic, you can take a little walk. For everything else you definitely need a car and getting up to the farm requires some good driving skills since the streets are very narrow and steep. Over all it really was a 10/10 experience and we will definitely come back! Thank you Manolis & family

Malvina is one of the top hosts this platform has. She will cook you dinner, she will make sure you have everything you need, she will stock your house with many complimentary food and drinks that you will not find elsewhere, she will teach you what true Cretan hospitality looks like and all this with a genuine smile on her face and heart. The house is wonderful decorated with every corner filled with beautiful interiors, taste and love. We slept like babies in the most comfortable bed and left deeply relaxed and grateful for such an unforgettable stay!

Great place, comfortable for a couple and good location!

We can only agree with the many positive reviews. We had a great time in the beautiful mountain village – it was a special experience. Every morning we had breakfast on the rooftop and enjoyed the tranquility. At first we thought we would miss the sea, but that was not the case at all. We really managed to relax – walks in the area were enough. We actually planned to do more, but we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere so much that we took it easy. Nevertheless, we were traveling by car and made some nice trips, including to the coast, where we discovered great restaurants. A vacation that will stay with us in very good memory.
