We had a great stay! The place was just as pictured – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location is great and ideal for exploring the area. Also absolutely fair in terms of price. Everything was exactly like it was in the description. A small note: The kitchen cabinets inside could be a little cleaner – but that was really just a small thing and didn't cloud our positive overall impression. We would come back anytime!

Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and everything was explained in detail. Carola also gave us some tips, such as where to rent a bike for one euro a day. Such a good and friendly welcome is very rare.

Wonderfully furnished apartment in the terraced corner house with large well-kept garden, many seating areas, views to dune and sky, only 5 min. walk to the beach, 2 great beach bars within walking distance, extensive beach. Comfortable beds and sofa. My dog loved it too!

We spent two wonderful nights at Monica's, the three of us. As soon as we arrived, she greeted us with great warmth and kindness that immediately put us at ease. She explained everything to us very clearly, in excellent French, and she remained available at all times to answer any questions we had. We felt like we were with a member of our family, it was really nice. The environment is quiet and relaxing, and the apartment is as described. A big thank you to Monica for this great stay! Great!

Our stay in Breskens was fantastic, which was largely due to the great apartment and the warm hospitality of Ann. The location of the apartment is unbeatable: direct view of the beach, sea and harbor – simply wonderful! The apartment is very nice and well maintained. We had a wonderful time at this great house! The location is simply fantastic – right by the sea, just over the dune, really great. The accommodation is also ideal for families: There were toys for the children, which made our stay even more relaxing. We had a great time over new years. It's a really cozy home and the fire place was a big plus. We could also see ourselves sitting in the backyard during summer. Lot of beautiful cities nearby, like Brugge or Gent. Would definitely come back again.

We felt very comfortable in Carina's apartment. The kitchen is high-quality and extensively equipped, so that nothing was left to be desired. There are also various games for all ages. We particularly liked the immediate proximity to the beach, the garden and the playground in front of the door. If you have any questions, Carina always got back to you promptly and was able to help! Karins place was nice and clean and we loved the very uncomplicated and friendly communication. The little garden is also lovely arranged. You can visit a lot of nice places from the house - however, a car will be mandatory as there are only few opportunities to explore close by. For us, it was great value for price.

Very good communication with the friendly owner. Extensive information brochure received in advance, very detailed and clear. Great flexibility with arrival and departure times, which was very convenient with a 2-year-old twin. Huge on all levels well-equipped house, also everything to live outside in good weather. Plenty of space outside and equipped with a good BBQ and fire bowl with wood. Beautifully enclosed domain in the middle of the greenery and with a connecting path in the forest to a large creek. Location ideal, very close to the beach. Had a great stay, thanks.

The apartment was nice and tastefully decorated, there was nothing missing, on the contrary there were various items from Rituals, bath additives and more. The view from the terrace over the Scheldt estuary was magnificent, there were always ships to admire, most on the way to Antwerp or the North Sea. What we had not read from the listing was that the apartment is located in a large high-rise complex. On the other hand, this had the advantage that we could park our bikes in the underground garage.

Marc is very friendly, responds very quickly to Airbnb and also private. Brought things we missed right away and gratefully took tips we gave. Definitely a location to go to, close to everything!!

The accommodation is very well located, next to the Strandhotel and therefore halfway between the stores and the beach. The living room is spacious with a sunny terrace. The apartment is clean and the bathroom has an Italian shower. It is an ideal rental for families. Jacob is also very friendly and responsive to any questions.

Dear Jacob, We had a great stay at your apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped. There were 6 of us and there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the very well-equipped kitchen, the large living/dining room with the beautiful view of the beach, sea and marina. The parking space in the parking garage was easy to reach and sufficiently large. Your service at check-in and all communication was very good. The apartment itself is a dream come true. It's spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished. The views of the dunes are simply stunning, and the location is perfect for enjoying the beach and local amenities. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, including a smart home system, a top-of-the-line kitchen, and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, our arrival was marred by a less-than-ideal experience. The person who was supposed to meet us was not present, and their response to our calls was disappointing. Despite this minor setback, the apartment itself is truly exceptional.

The apartment was quietly located, very bright, sparkling clean, and furnished with a lot of love for detail and the view of the North Sea was wonderfully beautiful.
