Eynattener Mühle apartment

In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-meter apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance, consisting of a large combined living and dining area with kitchen, a large bedroom, a small combined living and sleeping area with a single bed (185 x 85 cm; fold-out bed 90 x 200 cm available on request), and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby (baby crib provided). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

Life as it used to be? FeWo Bo is a cozy, cozy 2-person apartment in Haus Luzi, an ancient half-timbered house, idyllic on the Rur and right in the middle of the picturesque old town of Monschau! Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

If you are looking for a little break, you are in the right place with us! After a hike or bike ride, a modern and comfortable wellness oasis awaits you. Total cocooning! Here you can vacation in its purest form. The Dutch tub offers some adventure for young and old (you have to heat it yourself with wood and watch the fire, perhaps with an aperitif? Overall, the heating process takes +-4 hours depending on the season! Please note: not possible in case of frost. Maximum 1 dog

Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Apartment in a villa with character located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it has a magnificent view of the valley.

Comfortable and quiet overnight stay in heuvelland

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

"The Break" has been decorated with reclaimed items from our old farmhouse. The calm, the view and the garden area with terrace is its highlight. The apartment is level on the 1st floor. Located at the crossroads between: Aachen(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Interest: walking, cycling, craft brewery, mining site, Val Dieu abbey, American cemetery, Valkenburg and Montjoie (Monschau) are worth a visit. Essentials provided, bed linen not (extra charge).

Bij studio Tweij & Vitsig verblijf je in een gedeelte van een zeer karakteristiek herenhuis. Je hebt een eigen ingang die te bereiken is via 3 trapjes. Via de hal loop je de studio binnen. De studio heeft hoge muren van 3,40 meter. wat karakteristiek is voor dit pand. In de zomer blijft het dan ook lekker koel. De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt. Vanuit het terras heb je uitzicht over de uitgestrekte weilanden en de geul.

Vacation apartment nine c is located in our monumental building, in the church village of Bocholtz. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished and equipped with every comfort. The apartment features a separate living room/kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (200x200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, sofa bed is suitable for children. Bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet.

Apartment Langsteeg, near Maastricht/Valkenburg

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!

studio54 - in Ceramique - Close to all!

You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
