Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Sleman Regency

This well appointed corner apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful view to the southeast from the highest floor in the building. The apartment is quiet, the aircon is nearly silent and keeps it nice and comfortable. I spend a lot of time working from the balcony seating and it was a nice and relaxing place to catch up on online tasks. Both tvs (bedroom and living room allow screen share, and I was able to edit photos and videos with a crisp view, Anton is friendly, communicative, and helpful for any needs or questions. The price is a bit higher than the other units in the same building, but it’s still a good value and I hope to be returning in the future. Self check in is very handy, as I arrived on the late train at 2:00 in the morning. Thanks, Anton!

My family and I LOVED our stay at this listing! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, all of the AC works nicely, airflow and air circulation were good, we felt right at home! The host is also very helpful and responsive. He helped us to settle in and made sure that we knew how everything works before leaving. He was also proactive in reaching out to us to make sure our stay goes smoothly. Another huge plus point was when we got stuck in traffic on our way back from Borobudur temple, they were super kind to let us have a late check out. We will definitely come back here again next time we stay in Jogja and we highly recommend this listing for groups of friends or family!

Indra y su madre fueron muy amables. Tuvimos contratiempos con los vuelos y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Su madre nos ofreció un desayuno completísimo imposible de acabarse. El alojamiento está en una zona residencial bonita, rodeado de arrozales y a 10 minutos del templo Prambanan. La casa está súper bien calidad / precio. Solamente por decir algo, bastante común en la zona y poco para nosotros, la ducha está integrada con el water.

Serenity, green big villa with a lot of entertainment. Super big TV in living room. Tv and karaoke in joglo terrace. we can enjoy nice pools or hang out at rooftoop. Everything was great. Pak Heri, the on-site caretaker, was available 24/7, making our stay hassle-free. The house was clean and cozy, offering a quiet and private retreat far from city noise. Amenities were complete, including toiletries, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a car wash tap. The internet speed (19 Mbps) was reliable, and the AC in both bedrooms worked perfectly. The lighting created a bright and clean ambiance at night, adding to the comfort. Strategically located, the house is close to restaurants like Sop Empal Bu Haryoko (1.2 km), Toko oleh-oleh Ny. Pang, and Candi Borobudur (20-30 minutes away). For anyone seeking a peaceful small-town vibe with excellent facilities, this listing is highly recommended. This hidden gem truly worth every penny!
