The Cottage is the original farmhouse built in 1794 when the farm was founded .We are located on the Hughes river ( native trout fishing) at the foot of Old Rag Mountain only two minutes from the parking lot @ Old Rag. Access to White Oak Canyon and Shenandoah National Park are only minutes away. We are also a working vineyard and winery with our tasting room open Friday thru Sundays and by appointment. Little House on Strother Run

Nestled between Mount Tom and Double Top Mountain and at the edge of the Shenandoah National Forest, Little House is the perfect starting out and ending point for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the Appalachian Mountains. Little House is located at the edge of our 7 acre property. You'll enjoy the bucolic atmosphere of our farmette which includes use of our shared sitting area on Strother Run. The sitting area is shared with the main house which is rented or used by our family periodically.

Welcome to the Reva Retreat! This country house sits on 10 acres, nestled between Shenandoah Nat'l Park & the Blue Ridge Mtns, with wineries and breweries nearby. Approx 1.5 hours from DC and 45 mins from Charlottesville makes this the perfect getaway destination to escape the city & unplug. Stocked with amenities: BBQ grill, dine al fresco, stargaze by the firepit, cook a feast in the new kitchen, play board games in the basement, or connect your laptop to a 32" monitor to work remotely.

The spacious one bedroom yurt is located high on a forested hillside in the middle of 15+ acres. Come enjoy a natural and serene getaway with all the comforts of home- a full kitchen (ie, all utensils, setting for four), a bathroom with shower and laundry, a queen bedroom, and a queen foldout sofa in the living room by the wood burning stove. The windows roll up from the outside and have permanent screens inside. There is also a BBQ grill, a separate firepit, and WiFi via satellite.

Our cozy efficiency apartment is close to a variety of attractions including first class dining and nearby hiking trails. The unit is fully furnished with a full bath, full kitchen, off street parking, and private deck and entrance. We are a short drive to the park or a short walk to downtown Sperryville.
