Put on your hiking shoes and walk in Skimmelskov in 5 minutes, or pack your coffee and walk 1/2 hour to Kløveshøj to enjoy the view of the ice time landscape and Tissø. The annex is used daily for psychotherapy, and invites for tranquility and presence. There is a private entrance from the garden path, and a small parking space for the car. Swedish cottage with sea view in peaceful nature

Relax with your family in this peaceful mjöbäcksvilla with the most beautiful view of the sea towards Reersø. In the area there is a beach right by the house and a short distance to Mullerup Harbour with restaurant, kiosk and ice cream stand. You can also go to beautiful Reersø with the tailless cats. In the cottage there are two terraces that are covered and a large garden from where you can see the sea. There is room to sunbathe with a fresh summer drink, while you can hear the wind in the trees, the waves roaring and the kids playing in the garden.

New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Relax with the whole family in this serene space. With fully enclosed garden and 500 meters to the water . There is only one bedroom, but the option to pull out the sofa for an extra bed..there is a small hallway where it is only 190 in height. (just for info) Possibility of children's beds. Fully enclosed garden... 18 min to Slagelse city center 5 min by car to position beach and there are eating/shopping options and lots of ice cream❤️ Electricity is included in the price..( but not charging an electric car )

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Located right next to the road with 6 km to Sorø and 6 km to Slagelse. 20 km to the beach at Stillinge. 75 km to Copenhagen. There are 2 golf courses in the area. Lots of history and beautiful nature.
