Rural quiet location in the heart of Österlen

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Enjoy your stay in this peaceful accommodation with comfortable, private terrace space for both sun loungers, tables with 6 chairs and café tables in the summer. Approximately 300 meters from Gyllebosjön with swimming and fishing possibilities. The trail will take you through the nature reserve around Österlen's largest lake. Stove is available (incl wood), Wi-Fi, barbecue, crib, high chair. No pets. Cleaning not included. Bedroom 1 double bed, bedroom 2 daybed (double bed), loft completed 2 single box spring beds. Fairytale location with sea view in Rörum on Österlen.

Dream place in Nature.. Close to everything! Wonderful house and garden. Charming spacious and comfortable with Sagolik view over meadows, fields, ocean & forest. Generous with beds and extra beds with screenings are arranged easily, several comfortable sofas in two separate living rooms and a large homey kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and there is a closet space in all the bedrooms. Fiber that provides the highest level WIFI and the 4G mast is also close by. For the children there are beds, chairs & a wonderful playhouse.

Wonderful location and house with cozy garden

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Our summer house sits in the rural heart of Sweden's beautiful Österlen countryside. We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.

Quiet and beautiful accommodation on the border of Stenshuvud National Park. A spacious house for a couple, or a single traveller. Large bedroom, bright living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and sauna. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Protected location, surrounded by forest and pastures with sheep. The house has a smaller patio, and you have free access to our garden. You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation with 6 adult beds, 1 bed and 2 cribs next to Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. If you need to charge the car, I have a charging box, let me know and we'll figure it out for a refund. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.
