Beachfront vacation rentals in Skopelos

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

The apartment itself was very clean and modern. The beds were to die for, pretty comfortable. The one major bathroom with shower is located in the middle of the steps going up to the top of the apartment. It was a little different but very doable. the lock on the front door definitely had a learning curve to it. But once we got it, it was a piece of cake. The manager had an office very close by and she recommended some awesome restaurants. We took the bus to some of the beaches further away from town and they were amazing. We did have one super noisy night the first night we got there and you could hear the base of the music for quite a while. The next few nights were pretty pleasant. You could drown out the music. Well watching TV on your iPad. All in all we love the location.

Casa spaziosa per due persone, tenuta bene, e soprattutto molto pulita. Posizione ideale anche per il sole, perché uscendo la mattina e rientrando la sera non abbiamo mai trovato l'interno troppo caldo. Evaggelia ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile ed è stata molto disponibile. L'appartamento è a due passi dalla strada principale di Neo Klima, e si possono raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi tutte le attività del villaggio. Nel raggio di pochi metri ci sono ristoranti, market, agenzie per affittare la macchina e soprattutto c'è la spiaggia, veramente molto vicina. Consigliata per chi vuole passare una settimana nel relax, e per chi vuole girare l'isola in macchina, vista la posizione centrale del paese.

The Spillia House was an amazing slice of Heaven on Earth. The sea air breeze cleansed our lungs, and the solitude softened our souls. the daily hike to the private beach was both special convening with nature, and hearty exercise back up to the house. The beautiful lemon trees were super fresh, and the small patches of gardenous herbs added flavor to each meal. Thank you Spillia House and thank you Eva!

Was für ein Glück, in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft 6 Nächte verbringen zu dürfen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und der Ausblick unbeschreiblich. Ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Der Strand ist nur über einen kurzen Trampelpfad zu erreichen und man wird vom Paradies empfangen. Es gibt drei Tavernen, einen Mini-Markt, einen tollen Imbiss - alles fussläufig erreichbar! Das beste, wenn man mehr sehen möchte, kann man für 3,-€ Busgebühr die Insel erkunden, die Station Nr. 21 ist nur 100 m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Ich wurde darüberhinaus so herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet, ich würde deshalb immer wieder dorthin reisen! Herzlichen Dank - auch für die wunderbare Sonnenaufgänge!

The house is spotless & very well appointed, & the views from both balconies overlooked the bay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the little beach/bay with sun loungers & 2 Tavernas plus a bar. There is a tiny little shop with limited provisions in the port. The main ferry port is a 15 minute walk (lots of steps, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems). There’s a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The beautiful old town up on the hill is 20 minutes drive away. Our host Niki, was very friendly & helpful, she kindly booked a taxi to meet us from the ferry port on our arrival & take us to the house & also a rental car & arranged for it to be delivered to the house. We had a wonderful time on the island & it was great to have a car & visit the little beaches & taverna’s around the island. There are boat trips & self drive boats available from the old port too. We would recommend Niki’s house for a holiday, a quiet peaceful place to stay on a beautiful island ☺️

This is a beautiful home, in a very peaceful and picturesque part of Skiathos. Vicky is a lovely lady Always ready to help with anything, also she left us some very useful food items for Breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. The bed is very comfortable, and views to die for. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Thank you.

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Manlio et Fiorella qui nous ont partagé leur connaissance de l'île et donné de precieux conseils. Nous avons beaucoup apprecié le charme et le calme de Secret Sporades, la vue magnifique de la terrasse ainsi que de la piscine qui nous ont offert des couchers de soleil inoublables! Put simply, a lovely characterful property in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the heart of town. Lots of space and a wonderful terrace for outside dining; in addition a decent sized pool, which is unusual for Skopelos, for a property so close to the centre of town. Also very handy if you intend to hire a car during your stay, since the house has private parking which is gated, so no worries about dents and dings in public car parks; everything is secure. We all loved our stay as it’s such a lovely space on such a beautiful island; we didn’t want to leave..!

Unsere Zeit in der Villa von Jacky und David war einfach traumhaft! Die beiden sind die perfekten Gastgeber und haben unseren Urlaub unglaublich komfortabel gemacht. David hat uns sogar persönlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingefahren – ein toller Service, der uns das Schleppen des Gepäcks im Bus erspart hat. Zudem standen uns Jacky und David jederzeit mit großartigen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants zur Seite und waren stets hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum! Sie ist fantastisch ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht und nicht im Koffer mitbringen kann. Von Grundlebensmitteln wie Gewürzen, Essig, hervorragendem Olivenöl und Kaffee bis hin zu Sonnenschirmen für den Strand, Sand- und Wasserspielzeug für die Kleinen und Großen und, und, und. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls unschlagbar: Nur eine Minute zu Fuß von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt und zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe

We had a fabulous time in this super accommodation. It is a beautifully positioned property and the Skopelos via all the recommendations from our host was incredible. We hope to return - thank you!

Thanks for having us Machi! You're home is beautiful, from the moment we drove through the gates we felt at home. The kitchen is well stocked, I made fresh orange juice and coffee every morning and enjoyed the view from the terrace. The pool is bigger then we thought it would be, and the bed is super comfy. I hope to be back someday. P.s Read the reviews and hire a car! It is possible to walk, but the hill is very steep and hard especially in the heat. A car is worth it to explore the beauty of Skopelos.

We had a lovely stay the villa was really nice ,and well maintained it was a great location for us , the area is lovely and very easy to catch the bus into Skiathos .Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate with us . Thanks for having us .

We had a great 7 nights at the villa. The location is superb for a chilled beach holiday. The place is a little more rustic than the pictures suggest. However, this was not an issue for us & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrea/Andrew was amazing & the few times we needed him he responded immediately. If you want a relaxing holiday right on the beach then you have found the place

Really lovely villa as previous reviews suggest. Much appreciated local snacks and wine on arrival. Very comfortable beds. The pool is great and is probably 180cm depth throughout so probably not suitable for non swimmers. Villa was cleaned midway through our 1 week stay which was great. Located two mins walk from two excellent restaurants, small shop and pleasant beach where boat hire is available. Agnontas is a great location with easy access to Skopelos town by car or bus and the beaches on the west coast. Overall would strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

just amazing so special for us so relaxing two large patios we ate El fresco every day sunbathed and enjoyed the most amazing views of the sea and islands Kostas and Paraskevi must be justifiably proud of this accomodation highly recommend to any one looking for something very special

Wir waren heuer bereits zum sechsten Mal in Skiathos, aber diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die beste! Allein die Lage ist schon wunderbar - am Berg inmitten eines großen Olivenhains. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Kühlschrank und Kühlfach waren sehr groß, es gab sogar zwei Kühlakkus und eine Eiswürfelschale. Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Olivenöl, Oregano waren ebenso vorhanden wie Geschirrspülmittel, Spülschwamm und ein Wäscheständer mit ausreichend Wäscheklammern. Rania hat sogar die "alte" Filterkaffeemaschine für mich wieder ausgegraben, obwohl es jetzt eine neue Nespresso Maschine gibt. Rania hat die Wohnung alle zwei bis drei Tage gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. In nur sechs Gehminuten befindet sich ein kleines Geschäft (öffnet um 8 Uhr), in dem man alles, was man braucht bekommt (wenn auch wesentlich teurer als im großen Supermarkt in der Stadt). Danke nochmals Rania für die Skiathos Spezialität! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa di Erini è davvero un ambiente molto accogliente, pulito, in un posto tranquillo, dietro la spiaggia di Panormos. Molto facile da raggiungere, ottima posizione per girare l'isola. Preferibile avere la macchina, ma ci sono diverse fermate degli autobus nei dintorni. Presenza di ristoranti a pochi passi, bellissimo mare, e pace. Davanti alla casa ci sono le caprette e la notte si sente il rumore del mare. Il marito di Erini si è mostrato gentile e flessibile con gli orari. Un contesto molto slow e romanticissimo. Grazie, spero a presto.

We had a really lovely stay at giorgos’ place on Panormos beach. It felt very safe and welcoming, the room was simple but charming. And it is basically on the beach so we had access to the sea before anyone else got to the beach- heavenly! Giorgos was an extremely friendly and kind host who greeted us on arrival, showed us around and gave us many local recommendations. Two nights wasn’t enough! We would happily return.

Maison très bien placée et très agréable à vivre (Ne pas rechigner à naviguer entre les trois niveaux). Vue magnifique. Simple avec beaucoup de charme . Environnement paisible. Parking du scooter très simple. Très bon accueil de Nana sur place et communication avec elle extrêmement simple et efficace.

My husband and I spent a very relaxing and enjoyable week at beautiful Pigi Cottage. The views from the two terraces are stunning and the perfect place to relax, eat and have some drinks. The cottage is located very close to two great beaches, as the house is halfway up the hill, the climb back up at the end of the day is fairly intense, but over before you know it. We preferred to walk slightly further to Velanio Beach. We found it quieter and more spacious, we enjoyed many days relaxing here and the beach bar staff were great and serve decent well priced cocktails. It would take us around 12 mins to walk from the cottage to Velanio (slightly longer on the hike back up!) The Cottage itself is fairly basic but has everything you need and very charming. I wasn't aware before coming that the cottage is actually attached to another property. It's very well screened off, we never had any issues and it felt private.

En Pandelis ha estat sempre molt atent. Ens ha ajudat molt amb els ferries, taxi aquàtic, cotxe de lloguer, transport al port, i ens ha donat un munt d’informació i aconseguit bons preus. Ens hem sentit molt ben tractats La casa estava en un lloc difícilment millorable, molt neta i endreçada. Qualsevol petit inconvenient ha estat ràpidament solucionat Moltíssimes gràcies Pandelis!
