Newly renovated 1-bedroom fully furnished apartment with a private entrance, 4 minutes to the city center, 7 minutes to the train. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with parking. Wifi, TV, streaming and electricity included in price. Pets not allowed. For long-term rentals there is a reservation for electricity price. Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances, and will result in the immediate termination of the lease agreement. For shorter rental periods (weekend etc.) there may be two people staying here but not for longer rental periods.

Great apartment with amazing view - 1st floor

Nice and comfortable apartment on the 1st floor with a great view of Skien city center and the water mirror in Hjellevannet. The apartment is within walking distance from the center of Skien with shops and bus terminal. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed 1.80 x 2.10 and one with 1.50 double bed. Fully equipped with most things you need to have a pleasant stay, including towels, duvets, linens, washing machine and dryer.
