Newly renovated 1-bedroom fully furnished apartment with a private entrance, 4 minutes to the city center, 7 minutes to the train. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with parking. Wifi, TV, streaming and electricity included in price. Pets not allowed. For long-term rentals there is a reservation for electricity price. Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances, and will result in the immediate termination of the lease agreement. For shorter rental periods (weekend etc.) there may be two people staying here but not for longer rental periods.

The house of Tangen is located on the waterfront in the middle of the Telemark Canal, with 70 meters of swimming and fishing-friendly beach. You sit in the first row to an amazing wildlife with ducks, swans, geese and not least beavers who daily have their swimming trips past the garden. Small and cozy white cabin in a great location in a northwest of Sandøya. The cabin has nice views and short road to the water, sun until it sets in the horizon. The cabin has a new kitchen with dishwasher, running water and drain, but otherwise simple standard. Shower in the bathroom. BBQ and fire pit on the terrace. Nice little beach just down the cabin and big beaches on Dikkon which are about 100 meters away At Dikkon, there is also a kiosk that sells various groceries. There is a grocery store on the south side of the island.
