Newly renovated 1-bedroom fully furnished apartment with a private entrance, 4 minutes to the city center, 7 minutes to the train. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with parking. Wifi, streaming TV and electricity is included in the price. Pets not allowed. For long term rental, a reservation is made for electricity price. Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in an immediate termination of the lease. For shorter rental periods, two people can stay here, but do not recommend for longer rental periods.

The porch has sun all day, awning for those who want shade, dining area and barbecue. Here it is quiet, scenic, traffic-free and sunny. Well-equipped kitchen with large dining area and a spacious living room with fireplace and its own reading nook. Full bathroom, separate bedroom, private entrance and free parking.

Hyggelig og moderne leilighet med kort vei til Skien sentrum. Porsgrunn er bare en liten tur unna. Kollektivtrafikk rett på utsiden. Nydelig utsikt til elva i fra en romslig balkong. Jeg bor selv i leiligheten og stortrives. Jeg leier den ut ofte da jeg er mye ute og reiser så tilgjengelighet vil variere. Når dere leier har jeg selvfølgelig ikke tilgang til leiligheten.
