The two story cottage was fully refurbished in 2017 and features a double En suite bedroom on the ground floor, a modern kitchen with and a log fire stove. The sitting room featured a stove and flat screen TV and Unlimited fibre optic WiFi all over the house. Upstairs there is a double room along with a family bathroom and a Twin En-suite bathroom.
